Grounded in discipline.
Led by alignment.
I do not believe in fixing people. I believe in helping capable, high-performing people clear the noise, get honest about what is no longer working, and return to a steadier way of leading, living, and performing.
I work best with people who have already proven they can carry weight. My job is not to hype you up. It is to help you see clearly, move cleanly, and build a way of operating that actually lasts.
I know what pressure can make people look like from the outside and what it can cost them underneath.
My background includes 8 years in the military and more than a decade in Government Contracting. I have spent a large part of my life in environments where standards are high, pressure is constant, and people learn quickly how to keep performing no matter what is going on internally.
That experience shaped me, but it also showed me something important: strong people do not usually break because they are weak. They drift because they stay functional for too long while ignoring what the pace, pressure, or disconnection is costing them.
That is part of why I coach the way I do. I am not interested in surface-level motivation. I am interested in helping people tell the truth about what is off, rebuild from there, and create a stronger, cleaner foundation for the next chapter.
What I bring into the room
Not just theory. Not just branding. A blend of lived pressure, trained coaching skill, and a real commitment to the work.
High-pressure leadership experience
18+ years in military and Government Contracting environments taught me discipline, operational clarity, and what it takes to function when the stakes are real. That perspective helps me work well with clients carrying serious responsibility.
Trained coaching craft
I bring a Co-Active foundation, PCC-track development, and years of coaching conversations focused on clarity, confidence, resilience, and sustainable performance. This work is not improvised. It is practiced.
Commitment to the profession
As Membership Director for ICF Austin and host of ICF Austin Coaching Convos, I stay close to the craft, the standards, and the broader coaching community. I care deeply about doing this work well.
The work is honest, practical, and built to hold up under real life.
My coaching blends structured reflection with direct conversation. We are not just talking about goals. We are looking at the patterns, blind spots, and pressure points that keep capable people effective on the outside but disconnected underneath.
What we are actually doing
We audit what is off. We identify where your energy is leaking. We get clearer on what matters now. Then we rebuild your standards, decisions, and way of operating so your performance is not constantly being funded by tension, force, or self-abandonment.
This is the backbone of the Rebuild Model. Less noise. More honesty. Better decisions. Stronger follow-through.
I take alignment seriously in my own life too.
I live in the Austin area, and a lot of what keeps me grounded is simple: time outside, movement, family, and getting back to what is real. I do not believe a coach can guide people toward steadiness while living in constant internal chaos themselves.
The way I coach is shaped by the way I try to live: honest, disciplined, present, and anchored in what matters. That does not mean perfect. It means practiced.
If the way I work resonates, let’s see if it fits.
I take on a limited number of one-on-one clients so the work can stay deep, direct, and useful. If you are looking for a thoughtful, grounded place to get honest and rebuild, we can start with a conversation.
