If the work is personal, internal, identity-related, or tied to how you are functioning and making decisions, 1:1 is usually the right place to start.

What kinds of people do you work best with?

People who are capable, thoughtful, and willing to be honest. Most are high performers carrying responsibility, pressure, or transition in some form.

Is this virtual or in person?

Most 1:1 coaching is virtual. If an in-person format makes sense, we can discuss it case by case.

Is this ongoing or short-term?

It depends on the depth and nature of the work. Some seasons need a focused reset. Others need a longer runway. We can determine that together.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching. The work is forward-facing, insight-driven, and focused on helping you think clearly, act cleanly, and operate more intentionally.
